A mediterranean Finca with Modern Luxury

The villa’s architectural approach emphasizes clean lines, mediterranean Architecture and a strong connection between indoor and outdoor living. Expansive terraces blend with the natural landscape, offering unobstructed views of the Mediterranean. A tower structure creates a focal point, providing both privacy and panoramic sightlines.

Inside, the design is defined by airy, open spaces that highlight natural materials and a neutral color palette. Large glass facades flood the interior with light, while the furnishings maintain a sleek, minimalist aesthetic that balances comfort and elegance.

STORYTELLING
“An architecture shaped by time, where nature plays the leading role in its constant transformation, yet remains deeply rooted in the finca’s rich history.”

For this project, mirror. was tasked with a sensitive re-design, both inside and outside the historic finca. The approach preserved the original character of the property while introducing modern touches to enhance comfort and functionality. Inside, selective updates were made to refine the spaces, focusing on light and materiality, while the exterior improvements harmonized with the surrounding landscape, integrating the finca’s traditional essence with contemporary outdoor living elements. This subtle blend of old and new ensures the finca retains its timeless Mediterranean charm.
